The 0.34% administrative surcharge is a required fee on all SEWP VI delivery orders, paid to NASA for program administration. It is included in all quoted pricing and is not an additional charge.
Submit a Request for Quote (RFQ) through the NASA SEWP Quote Request Tool at sewp.nasa.gov/qrt. We respond with a firm fixed-price quote within the QRT response window. Your agency's Contracting Officer then issues a Delivery Order (DO) to proceed.
SEWP VI is a 10-year IDIQ contract. The period of performance begins on the effective date of the contract award. The maximum value and specific dates are listed in the contract overview section of our Ordering Guide.
